Which one, and what would your character/characteristics be?

Real Housewives of NYC. They seem to have a good time in the midst of all the fighting.

Yup, diamond shopping, booze and some bickering. I could live with that. I'd be Bethenny. Love her!

Before this year I would have agreed with you and I still enjoy watching the show but it is not as good as previous seasons for me.

This season is really OTT. I mean they all seem so mean now whereas last year I liked them more. Jill is being a complete biatch and Bethenny is losing it. I cannot stand Kelly. She is really dull witted. Luann seems so jealous and afraid that Bethenny will become friends with Jill again. Pathetic. High school really never does end for some people!

There is absolutely no reality show I would ever want to be on but oh, I do enjoy watching some of them. Just wish these women would get their heads on straight and fix the mess they have made of their relationships this year.

ETA Just read the title again, sorry, If I had to be on a reality show I would pick Dancing with the Stars and hopefully I could learn a bit more about dancing and have a good looking partner to help me!

Yes!! I would definitely be on DWTS! If only I could become a forgotten celeb..... :p]

Some of my favorite reality shows are on Bravo so I''d be on any of those. Real Housewives of Orange County seem to bicker the least (although I think they''re just trying to drum up drama now). I''d totally be one of Kathy Griffin''s gal pals. Or I''d hang with crazy Jeff Lewis from Flipping Out.

Oooh Ooh! Can I be a judge on Top Chef?!?!? THAT would be awesome. Hell, can I just be Padma?

I would be a judge on Top Chef or I would be willing the million dollar Pillsbury Bake-off.

I would also be OK with being Padma.

I know what you mean! Real Housewives it seems is getting very real this season.

I liked it before when you kind of knew they weren''t all *real life* friends but it was still fun to watch them interact. Now there seem to be serious issues, like they are all taking it to the extreme. I''d like to see more glam. That''s why I watch tv, to suspend reality (even if I''m watching reality).

Totally agree...TV is about entertainment and escaping from the real day to day stress. At least for a short while. Like Pricescope.

A little off topic but has anyone here watched 16 and pregnant?

I don''t watch reality TV at all, but I know which one I''d least like to be on - 16 and pregnant! :)

If I were a celeb, I would love to do Celebrity Apprentice.

Hehee .. yeah absolutely. I started watching that show a few weeks ago. I think I cried during every episode! It''s so tough for these kids and sometimes their parents are so wonderful and other times .. so horrid!

The Amazing Race

I would love to travel the world in a race. My character would be the crafty, calculating kind that not everyone would love but would respect.

I''m addicted. And I''m no prude, my husband was born to teenager parents, but the guys some of these girls are with! I don''t know how the parents handle it. There was one episode there the "father" started a fight with his girlfriend''s mother while she was in labor. I had to turn it off.

This! Only I''d be the stressed out, frazzled girl that''s probably a little too competitive, and ends up zip lining off of a building and shaving off all of her hair.

Hmmm.. this is a tough one... I''d have to go with America''s Next Top Model. Because then I''d be thin and gorgeous, and of course I would win because my pictures would be fab. And then I''d have 100k and a modeling contract.

Oooh, definitely The Amazing Race! I''d be the bitchy, bossy, hypercompetitive one and everyone would feel sorry for my partner for being stuck with me. (Not sure if my partner would be my twin sis or my husband...guess it depends on the season!) But they wouldn''t feel sorry for my partner when we WIN!

Amazing Race or Big Brother.

I have an obsession with passport stamps (if you saw my BF''s passport, which is completely full of visas and stamps and he had to get extra pages put in TWICE, you''d understand why) so I''d say The Amazing Race. Traveling around the world - check!

Otherwise, I''d say Survivor - I''m a bit obsessed with the show, especially since I know two former contestants, but I''m such a weakling! I don''t think I''d survive!

I''ve never watched reality TV so I don''t really know what my options are, but I''m with HH on this - happy to judge a food competition!

Haha, only if I grew a foot and lost a good 50 lbs!

I think dh and I actually considered trying out for the Amazing Race at one point, but the line was too long. I also used to really want to be on Road Rules during it''s original seasons when it was all about seeing what different real jobs were like instead of just doing crazy stunts. I still think it would be kinda cool to be on one of the Real World/Road Rules Challenges.

I can definitely see you on The Amaing Race! I think you and M would do very well!

I''d be a judge on either a cooking/baking show or I''d be a judge on HGTV''s Design Star. Ooh, what''s the one where teams bake fabulous cakes and then they''re transported to a specific venue for a party, etc? I''d love to be a judge on that.

Hmmm my first answer is a bit too practical, but I''d LOVE to be on Hidden Potential on HGTV. Basicially they take you to these crap houses that are way under your budget for buying a home and show you how to use the rest of your budget to make the house amazing.

Amazing race sounds fun too but I think I''d get super stressed out on it. And I don''t know who my partner would be cause for the sake of our relationship it couldn''t be SO. Me & competition & stress& loved ones = not a good combination.

I''d volunteer for What Not To Wear. The brief humiliation of revealing the pathetic nature of my 40-something out of date, ill fitting wardrobe would be totally worth the $5000 for a new wardrobe and makeover! Stacy....... HERE I AM!!!!!

I don''t want enough reality tv to be able to pick one. . .if there is one involving shopping and alcohol, sounds good to me UNLESS it''s involving re-hab, too. Then that would be lame.

Oh, YESSSS!!!!! I would opt for this too. Actually, I''ve asked my DH on numerous occassions to call them and complain about what I wear. The plan was to hide all my normal clothes (like jeans) and buy a bunch of sweats and icky stuff and having DH and all my friends call in saying I wear all that kinds of hideous stuff. DH refuses to do it. He''s really mean to me, isn''t he? Maybe I should call in on HIM!!! hehehee

I think I'd pick The Real World. I'd get to go to some cool city and live in awesome house for a few months. They usually get to do neat stuff and gets lots of experiences thrown their way.

As to my character...I'd be the girl who was kinda quiet until they got her tanked and then the wild child would go nuts!

I would totally be on the Amazing Race, too, if I had to be on one. DH would be America''s darling and I would be the one talking trash and getting all the catty little soundbites. Maybe they will have an Amazing Race PS Edition

My thoughts exactly!

I LOVE The Amazing Race!! DH & I even talked about entering! haha... he''d be the moody one and I''d be the one that says "Hey, we''re in PARIS. Enjoy it!"
