If you could only keep returning to ONE vacation locale, which would it be?

That is so hard! Like a few have said there is no one place! As many have mentioned France, I spent a short amount of time in the provence region of France and would love to go back over and over again and paris is my favorite larger city to visit but of all the places my home state of Minnesota holds the best memories of camping with my family or heading up to the north shore for the day! I am going to Ireland for the first time in March (over St. Pattys day, YAY!) and we will see if that will change.

Though I''ve never been ... Australia? Because it''s so huge & has beaches & cities & mountains & all sorts of things to do PLUS a laid back, casual vibe & no language barrier!

If I have to pick a single city: Paris.

Italy, no question.

If I lived in the States, I''d pick Australia. :) Since I already spend every day there, I choose France. Venice is nearly a tie, but as a whole I prefer France to Italy.

Am hoping to get back for our honeymoon next year!!

Maui!

Italy. Always!

I''m stuck between three places
1. Barbados
2. Italy- I could rent a room above an awesome pizza shop in Naples that only sells pizza with tomatoes or cheese and tomatoes. I would die a happy woman there.
3. Thailand

I would probably go back to Napa/Sonoma. I just love it there, everything about it. The food, the scenery, the wine.

DH would go back to the Bahamas and stay on the same island in the same house that we rented - it was a tiny place where nobody locked there doors, the people at the grocery store knew who you were and where you were staying, it was great.

Thus far I haven''t seen Italy, but even from here I love it.

That being said though, I''d have to say St. Augustine... it is my second home. I don''t know what I''d do if I couldn''t escape there.

Ireland. I love everything over there.

Kauai.

It''d probably have to be Puerto Rico. That''s where I''m from, and I''d like to be able to take my future kids there.

Greece. DH''s grandmother moved back to Kosmas [Lakonia] last year, have plans to visit as often as we can.
Northern Italy [Treviso/Vercelli] my all time favorite.

Lake Annecy, France to stay at L''auberge de Pere Bise. Truly paradise...

It was part of the European vacation we took to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
