Identify the name of the gems

I don't think anyone can tell if a gem is real or not based on a photograph. Do you have an appraiser in your town? They can often do gem identification. It looks like the gold in the second one is 18K based on a stamp in the ring, but unfortunately that doesn't give any indication to what the stone is!
 
My guess: aqua chalcedony (dyed chalcedony) and glass filled Ruby(judging by the visible gas bubble).
Also, these look like modern brand new rings.
 
Photos are not showing anymore.
Besides it is not possible to confirm the identity of CSs without proper testing.
