Idenitfication of Laser Inscription

Does anyone know the company behind "Diamonds of Antwerp"? Currently appraising a ring with RBC center that has been laser inscribed on girdle with Diamonds of Antwerp. Is this the same as the company Overseas Diamonds of Antwerp that went bankrupt?
