Ideas for a Caribbean themed wedding??

I’m my best friend’s MOH. Her wedding is extremely important to me because if there is anyone in this world that deserves the best wedding ever, it is definitely her.

Problem is that it’s a tight budget…total $10,000 for 60 people and it’s a destination wedding. This $10K has to cover everything under the sun…dress, shoes, hair, location, band, photos, etc.

Anyway, she decided on having a Caribbean themed wedding. We want to do this in the least expensive way while still having it come across beautifully. I’ve attached a photo of how she would like to set up the place but would like input from the other brides on how to do things ourselves, what we could skimp on, what we absolutely have to spend money on, etc.
