Idealscope picture please help!

I think the IS looks fine.

I personally don't like the large table...the second picture looks pretty bad. Maybe it's just the angle that it's taken at...but what's your budget?

I see that a lot in pics of 60/60 type stones where it kind of looks darkened from a front view. That's why I'd ask for a review of it.

A 60/60 stone is probably going to give you a little different look (white light return) than a stone with more "ideal" cut specs. It's not bad, but it's a little different and I do think someone should review the performance if possible.

Leakage isn't going to be your problem in that stone (no white patches in the IS image) but sometimes shallow stones can suffer from observer obstruction and look darkish from face on.

its a nice stone

I don't see any leakage.

So would this appear as a shallow stone in a setting?

Stone will not look shallow in the setting, IS is good, I think stone is good.

@Cluelessmel, would you mind sharing your crown and pavilion angles as well as stone weight? I'm currently dealing with an issue on a 60/60 stone as well at the moment. I don't have an IS image yet, but I've grown concerned about my stone. You can see my cert here: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/advice-please-gia-0-65-f-if-3xex-odd-proportions.191061/#post-3481150#p3481150

Thanks! And, good luck to you!

Cluelessmel - Garry's opinion is that it's fine. Personally, his non-negative opinion would be sufficient for my peace of mind.

ProposerInNeed - Clue linked his stone's report in the original post - it's above the photo attachments.

Thanks, I just missed that! Sorry about that, all.
