Good Evening All,

I have taken some time to educate myself on diamonds via this site and I have found a wealth of knowledge and expert advice. I am in the process of purchasing a diamond and setting from JA and have obtained ideal scope images for my top three picks. Below are the ideal scope images and stats:

Both the gemologist and sales rep from JA said the first diamond 368804 was the best performing diamond followed by 363879 and 301754. However, based upon the ideal scope images and the HCA score, 363879 seems like a winner to me. I would appreciate some open feedback from the crowd based upon the data and ideal scope images.

It does look the second one would be the nicer one but they may be so close that it doesnt really matter.

I prefer smaller tables and I like the 34.5/40.8 combo. Not sure if I would go with my preference are listen
to the JA folks. I dont think either option would be bad. Ask them what they meant by the better performer?
Whiter, more colored light return, more flashes, etc. Get specifics and see if that helps sway you one way or
the other.

I think the IS says it all. I would pick 363879 too. I prefer the smaller table and the the crown/pavillion angles are my prefered perfect combo.
