What are your opinions of this diamond based on the IdealScope Image?

Im still a newbie, and learning everyday, but i think the white specs = light leakage, but around the edges are ok. Someone else will chime in. Is budget a concern?

The little white specs are nothing to worry about - they add contrast. The IS looks fabulous! Either an ACA or a near-ACA, right??? Can''t go wrong with that!
