ideal scope opinons

I have attached a copy of the ideal scope from a ring I am looking at. I dont have very much experience looking at these and I was hopeful someone would be willing to give their opinion of this picture. It would also be great to know what to look for in a quality ideal scope.

Apart from not being perfectly lined up, that is a very fine stone.

would the fact that it doesnt "line up" cause any noticable issues? What negitive effects would this have?

the diamond isnt perfectly flat and centered under the scope is what Garry ment.
The diamond is fine.
I like it.
