What makes you say it is "ideal" cut. Only AGS0 diamonds get that label.

To get AGS 0 light performance the diamond would need to be scanned and pass the ray tracing system.

Do you have details on the HRD evaluation? Do you know what factor (s) caused it to be downgraded?

Nothing on that list looks like it would kick a stone to VG currently but those aren't exactly the parameters they use either so there must be something outside of your list.

If polish or symmetry is "Good" the overall cut grade is lowered to "Very Good."
