Yes let''s not drag this out...I''m engaged. Not to brag but I have seriously landed the most amazing perfect man on the planet. As many of you know I was married to a dillrod of a human for 9 years. I could not be happier and I feel soooooo lucky!
The proposal was very "US". We had one of those fly by the seat of our pants days of going out to lunch, stopping into Lover''s for a good laugh (yes the sex store), bought some fresh seafood, went to starbucks, lost $20 at the casino, ate seafood and drank wine, listened to Classic rock for hours....Just typical us having fun. After our bottle of wine and a few beers we were sitting at the bar in our kitchen listening to Black Water by the Doobie Brothers and I just said "this has been the perfect day". I used the restroom and came back out and he was sitting on the bed and said something about the day being so perfect he just couldn''t wait to give me something and then he busted out the box and started going on about forever and la la la and I''m just staring at the box that is still closed and I finally had to say "are you going to open the box?". Ya I bawled like a baby and litterally danced around the room. The ring is a tiny bit big so I''m a little nervous wearing it but luckily I have fat knuckles. J was so cute, he got all the stuff that WF sent w/ the ring and he was so excited. I was showing him the arrows through the loup and he was loving it. I could tell he was just so proud of this stunner on my finger, and he should be because it is sooooo amazing. OK I''m rambling.
