Who has personal experiences with ordering from Id Jewelry over the internet? Any good/bad experiences to share with me? Thanks in advance!

I have not ordered direct from their online page, but I've emailed back and forth (and back and forth a few more times + a few more on top for good measure! ) and followed up with phone calls --- everything I've ordered has come to me PERFECTLY as planned and envisioned!

When in doubt - just give them a call! They are wonderful people and very easy to talk to.

Thanks for the response! I guess what I would be doing would not be technically ordering "online" either since I have called and talked with Yekutiel and exchanged several emails as well. Just trying to see if people have done the same thing, and if so, what they thought of the experience.

I know you will find a LOT of threads by PSers who have purchased and been very happy with their IDJ purchases! And if anything is not right, they will MAKE it right for you! They are also magical when working within a budget

I've ordered a 1/2 eternity, jackets for my studs, had them set my OEC and just recently, picked up a OEC RG DBTY bracelet they made for me. If you were to search under "Bliss", you will see she has a lot of items from them and they all look amazing!

I am looking to get an engagement ring. Princess cut with a halo. They have been very good so far working with my budget (even though it has changed several times since I have no good idea of what to be spending haha) and finding a good looking ring. They always come back with pics and vids to show me the product. I've been very pleased so far. Just seeing of what I should expect with the "next step."

Exciting!! I'm sure every step of the way will go very smoothly for you!! Ask Yekutiel all sorts of questions - he's very knowledgeable and informative and will be happy to provide you with lots of pics and setting options. If you haven't yet fine tuned the setting, cruise thru PS and google images and then go to a few setting sites, and send them links. They can get almost anything for you.
