This could be a very fine cut. There are two questions I would have about it: is that "very thin" girdle an dissue? (it might, depending on what kind of setting you have in mind and how big this 'very thin' section is... etc.).
The depth is at the shallow side of the desirable range (see for ref. the AGA charts). From my own experience, this is very desirable - the stone would look relatively large without loosing light for being too shallow at this depth. Lots depends on teh other characteristics of the cut for this optimistic prediction to work: it would be great if the stone had a higher crown - for examplle.
lastly, this is a squarish stone - is this what you are looking for? It is a distinct look, between the square and the rule-of-thumb 1.5:1 ratio for recangular emeralds (see below).
