Do you think I could get one from Tiffany that is similar, or do I have a great stone? (P.s. I havent seen it yet)

thanks, Rick

I think Tiffany has similar quality stones, but i imagine that you''d be looking at $10,000+ for the same thing.

Yep, $6400 for the ring and an extra $5000+ for the little blue box.

Seriously, I think all you would do is pay more for the same cut (or less). Stick with what you have, it looks like a great stone.

Last quote I got ( couple months back) on a .96 H V2 was $10,000. You are probably looking at a whole lot of extra mula.
Ditto to others.... Keep what you have unless you are willing to go with a smaller stone.

I know how easy it is to fall in love with that blue box! I actually kept my box that contained the bracelet my parents bought for me overseas and it does still make me smile.

But, when that ring is out of the blue box, it will be a smaller ring on the finger and a $5000 box sitting in her top drawer. I would take a larger stone in a heartbeat.
