Its an Si1 and wf say that you can make out inclusions from the side but my halo setting will cover them because they are in the pavillion...

it seems to have a feather inclusion or something, is this something to worry about?

How does it look to you guys??

Looks good. I suspect the feather is fine, but ask WF about it. They are usually only problems if they are near the girdle or break the surface, and this seems to do neither.
