I think I found the perfect princess cut for me! HELP?!?!

I have found the following princess cut on the internet:

VVS2

5.31x5.15x3.87
medium girdle
Polish VG
Symmetry G
Flour Med blue

My goal was to acquire a close to perfect square with the above color and clarity. Also, finding a good medium girdle has been difficult.

They quoted me $3953. Does this sound like a good solid stone I should look further into?
