Hi there!

What is the Table % ??? I don't see it listed? eta: this tool is used to compare prices http://www.pricescope.com/diamond-prices.aspx

Thought I put it the table is 57%. I am looking for opinions.

Looks good, price-wise too. I think. :p

It looks great and the price looks fabulous!

Thanks. Thats what I thought. Just trying to double check with some experts.

Could be a very nice looking diamond, check it is eyeclean to your standards. Have you seen the diamond in person?

No I haven't. I am making plans to go to see it. Shouldn't a GIA SI1 be eyeclean? I spoke to the broker and he said their is a feather on the gridle, very very hard to see and it can be covered by a prong. I am just wondering if I can do better than this? While staying with in the 8,000 price range.

You could possibly do better, but this diamond is no slouch! Unless you wanted a top notch AGS0 ideal cut, polish, symmetry etc then this diamond could be a good pick! 'Eyecleanliness' is subjective so you are in a good position to be able to scrutinize this diamond yourself. There is a good chance it is eyeclean, but see what you think when you see it.

I think a feather is a crack in the diamond, read somewhere. I would get it for a apparisal to see if it is too dangerous if the feather is large or close to the surface. Not to scare you or anything, just don''t know where and how large is the feather.

Just my 2cts, probably some of the experts around can correct me if I am wrong.

Wow. I never heard that about a feather.

Because '' crack'' can sound scary, the term feather is used! It is unlikely a feather is a problem or durability issue in this clarity grade, you could get an independant appraisal done on the diamond if you are concerned.
