... lock up all 2,500 low-lifes for a month or 2, right in the building they were partying in.
Hopefully most of the stupid POS scumbags will die.

I say lock up the survivors up in jail for a few years.
They deserve nothing better.

I'm an off the map liberal, yet I'm off the map correct on crime.

Don't these people have grandparents :angryfire:

It’s the same here (UK) Police attended over 100 NYE parties to break them up. :angryfire:

The masses are asses.

I still get angry
I still get sad
And the losers still drive me mad
And I wonder
If I have anything to say anymore
Oh yeah I wonder if i have anything to say
Except the masses are asses
They're all asses
Things still piss me off
And things still make me cry
Poetry's in motion but not in mind
Poetry's in motion but not in my mind
Poetic justice will come in time
And I just have to laugh
I just have to laugh
Because the masses are asses
We're all asses
Masses are asses every day
Masses are asses in every way
Woo woo

I've heard of this and I think like missy.

However the Al Jazeera article is written in a nearly misleading way . It sounds very much like "police let them pass".

When local police forces tried to break up the party after it had been detected they were shot at with rubber projectiles etc and one police car burned .

Remember, it was in the middle of nowhere. I don't know how many officers they have in the neighbouring counties.... 15 ?

So they had to wait for more police officers from the capital.

Then they were afraid of provocing a mass panic that could cause many people (drugged, drunk, sleep deprived) trampled to death. They chose to confiscate the sound system instead and identify the individuals when they left the place.
135€ each for breaking the curfew. Plus 135€ for no mask.
Then they arrested the organisers.

There have been violent protests against "police brutality" lately (see the irony?). Authorities are in a horribly complicated situation. I personally think that they have solved this in a deescalating manner.
