I did giggle. But, I do like the stones from Kingman. I have a lovely necklace with a variety of colors, although it has a greenish componant to it. Kingman has a blue that looks like the blue of Sleeping beauty, but with a few colors in it besides that robins egg blue.
I really am a fan of Kingman.

But IK, wasn't Sleeping Beauty all but mined out (I'm not trying to take away from the sale to another market; I'm just curious)?

Good question. I contacted Jim from Jim's Rare gems about the rumors I'd heard at the show. He told me that from what he understands there hasn't been any turquoise to come out of that mine couple of years. And that it would have most likely sold as a copper mine.
He also said he's let me know if he had news.

I think I can learn to love it too .
But Sleeping Beauty has always been my favorite.
