Wedding I hope I''ll be as laid back as my friend...

She''s getting married August 16th, of this year. Yep, 2 1/2 months away. I just had lunch with her, and she mentioned she hasn''t started looking for dresses yet. Not the least bit worried about it either, despite her fiance and planner stressing out over it. Ahhh...she makes me laugh sometimes.

On that note, does anyone know where she might be able to find an off the rack dress in the Bay Area (she lives in Marin County)? I think she wants a strapless number with a poofy tulle ballerina skirt. Budget is fairly generous...only time is a concern. Thanks!

good for her! i was pretty laid back too - i think my vendors were more stressed than me! i just decided that i was not going to let anything stress me out about my wedding. if something reared it's ugly head up then i dealt with it but always with the idea in mind that i was going to enjoy the planning and the wedding and nobody could ruin my mood! and i think my vibe rubbed off on the vendors, friends and family - they too were relaxed and had fun!

i don't have a rec on that kind of dress but she may find something at amy kuschel in SF. they always have a sample rack selection of dresses for sale. i went that route cause i only had 6 months to plan the wedding.
