I haz a jewel!

Ok, so my new pendant is base metal and crystals. I can't post it in the bling forum but I want to tell you-all about it.

I got a package from my aunt C with a card thanking me for a call I made to her after my aunt J died.

In it was a flip flop charm pendant that says "Hawaii" on it with different colored crystals up and down the straps.

The chain is maybe 16 in.

Since it says "Hawaii" I might have given it to my aunt.

Nope! Total surprise.

My aunt was going to come visit SO and we had to call it off because she had taken a turn for the worse. I just know she bought it to wear when she came here.

It's perfect for many reasons I won't bore you with but one of them is my love of jewelry which I never told her about.

I'm so glad to have this to remember my aunt by. It's not expensive but it's down to earth and sincere and it was hers.

I'll try to take pictures tonight with SO's iPhone.
