Last week I finally got enough money to purchase an incredible diamond from our very own Wink Jones!
I was skeptical because it was a low color grade (O) and I had seen some terrible examples of faint yellow...
However, I did purchase the diamond and it was sent to me via overnight fedex and I received it last friday.
After a weekend with the diamond and laying around looking at it with all the incredible tools Wink sent with it
I am really amazed at the quality. Wink always reassured me that "its in the cut!" I wish I would have had more faith
prior to the purchase because he was exactly right.
He sent an idealscope, 10x loupe, h&a symmetry viewer, and all the paperwork in a bag, a small box, and a large box.
It was incredibly prepared for me as the receiver.
Let me tell you guys that the color is beautiful.
It really does allow the colors of the spectrum to combat contrast and I see plenty of bright reds, blues and greens.
Its incredible. I had taken my sister to several jewelry stores including one that only sold AGS-0 and this one blew
them out of the water. My family was shocked because the paperwork didnt match what they saw with their eyes.
The whole process with wink was great. He was TOO PATIENT with me and even called me "youngster." It was a great
experience for someone who fears buying a diamond. He took the time to schedule a interview with several diamonds for me which ended up lasting close to two hours long. He also examined all of the in various lightings prior to the
interview and was able to tell me personal details about each stone.
TALK ABOUT SATISFACTION.
I am so relieved knowing that I got the best service and product all at the same place and I cant wait to return the diamond to him to have it set in a 18k gold Vatche swan with platinum head.
