I got a policy with Chubb

I just wrote a policy for my ering/wedding ring with Chubb. No problems. Went to their website and called an agent in my area. First agent contacted didn''t write the type of policy I needed. Second agent I contacted did. They don''t write many so they had to call Chubb for info first. It''s called a Valuable Articles policy. Just needed an appraisal and they ran a CLUE report to check my loss history. It is $297 a year for 22k. They don''t need a signiture on the application and Chubb will bill me direct. Very easy process. Thanks to all who have recommended Chubb.

Wow OM...that's a great price for the coverage. Mine was $200 for $10k but I guess the area I live in made it higher as well. They tend to price on geographical location.




Can you post the name of the agent that you worked with who was accomodating? People may be able to just call them directly in the future.
