HCA score=1.6 grading excellent for light return, fire, and scintillation and grading very good for spread. If the idealscope looks good, I''d be inclined to say go for it!

Luckyeshe,

Several factors make the stone you recommended like comparing apples and oranges. An EGL cert is not treated or priced the same as a GIA cert, nor is a non H&A stone (the one you recommended might show a fish eye) the same as a H&A stone. The stone you are recommending may be a good deal for someone, but probably not somebody looking at GIA certed H&A stones.

P.S. The price seems good. It's priced in line with what is coming up on the search engine here, and that doesn't include any pictures or verification of H&A.

Thanks! I''m new to the forum so thanks for the input. The site solomon brothers had GIA, EGL and AGS diamonds. I saw that on some of the notes of the EGL it stated that some of the diamonds were H&A. I don''t see that on any of the GIA report. I love learning more about diamonds and thanks for helping me! Next step...learn about fish eye!

Looks good.

The Excel diamond looks great! If you want a h&a diamond this one does not appear to be sold as such?
