I found my camera! Photo shoot time :)

Great photos and a fabulous collection! I love them all, but the rose gold OEC is my favorite. Can you tell me about the setting? Thanks for sharing!

Unfortunately I don't know much other than it is 14 k rose gold. I bought it from an estate dealer who bought it having been told it was a family antique, I think originally from Britain.

Nice collection!

OMG :lickout: wow beautiful collection!!!!

Awesome collection and great pics! Thanks for sharing!

Lovely rings and photos MakingTheGrade!

Do you mind telling us the dimensions of your stone in the Van Craeynest?

Also, do you have any full-hand shots from a distance for real-life perspective?

Thank you.

No problem. The band on the VC is just under 2mm. The stone is 6.2mm. Here are some more distanced photos

Yum! That was the best 'after dinner' treat I could hope for!!! Gorgeous rings you have MTG! I love the blue collection - the HoW Iolani ring... oh, I adore that! and are there a few of the HoW Lotus settings too??? LOVE them all!!!!

The stackers are so cool - you've covered a lot of styles there and they all work so well together - good eye! Is the light green a mint tourmaline? Mighty sweet cut on that stone - love the facetting.

Ah - I'm full on eye candy! Thrilled you found your camera  :appl:

Thanks!
The light green is a mint garnet actually, cut by Barry Bridgestock.
Yeah..I think I have 3 lotus settings off the top of my head...

I'm actually trying to thin out my stackers since I can't actually wear them all on one finger!

I was thinking the same thing Enerchi. MTG I love love love the mint garnet. The cut is incredible...if you ever decide to part with it... :naughty:

I bought the mint garnet from barry bridgestock at acstones.com.
If the cut is what you're entranced by, you can always ask for a custom cut gem in the same pattern, he's a super nice vendor to work with!

Omg, what an amazing collection!!! I tried for 5 minutes to pick a favorite and couldn't - they're all so beautiful!! Love the color of your sapphire, love the green stones, love your stackers, love your oec, love your wedding set, love the pinks, love the variety of settings you have...see what I mean? I really do admire every piece you have, and your pics are great!

Haha...yeah, the toughest part of my getting ready process in the morning is picking what RHR to wear! Clearly I should just pick my favorite 3 and sell the rest. Except that they're all my babies and I can't pick a favorite! Lol, this is what happens when you get into custom pieces, you feel weirdly attached to every one!

Yup! I totally agree - they are 'babies' because we thought about them, found the stone, chose the setting... waited... (granted hopefully not 9 months!) and ta da - they are here and we love them! Good analogy MTG!

Going to go and browse Barry's site... I shouldn't... but I will... but I shouldn't.... but.... "click" oops - there I go!!! :naughty:

Wow, great collection! So many pretty colored stones and you know I love VC!

Where did you get the art deco ring? I am thinking it can't be very old because it has modern rb's in it.

Hahah Kenny, I noticed this too and smiled, and MTG your collection is gorgeous!!!! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you!

I got the art deco ring from an estate jewelry dealer. She couldn't tell me if the gold part of the ring was genuine or not, but priced it as a replica just in case. Looking at the engraving, it all looks hand done based on the slight asymmetries in the etching. So whether it was actually an antique gold piece that had the diamonds replaced, or a modern day replica, it's beautifully done and I love it either way. :)

Haha, and yes, my star sapphire has a crazy high polish, you can see me!

Such a lovely collection! :appl:

Wow, I envy your collection! Especially love your graduation ring, so unique!

Thanks! Trillions aren't commonly seen around here, but hopefully people will give them a chance. :)
