I finally chose an ering setting, please help me pick a wedding band!

Hi everyone,

You may remember I was going to have James Meyer set my sapphire in his 1345 setting when my truck decided it needed some major repairs more than I needed a custom ring

(sigh).

Dana Reynolds helped me find this Adwar setting, now I need help choosing an wedding band!

This is the sapphire center stone, to be set east-west

For your band I have a few questions-

1- do you want diamonds on the band or are you looking for something with less bling?
2- If you do want diamonds then would you do a diamond and sapphire combo?

Would it look better with a plain band...

or a thin bead-set band, like Diamond_Quester''s? (this one has 1-pointers, I was thinking 5-pointers since my e-ring is a bit thicker than hers.

If I can do small diamonds, and have it look good, I would like to. I''m not sure about diamonds and sapphires in the band, it seems like it might be too much going on.

What if you got an eternity band that alternates diamonds and sapphires that match the size of the diamonds in the engagement ring, if possible?

Thanks for the input D&T! I hadn''t considered an all sapphire band, just because it seems like it would be extremely difficult to find that many sapphires in a similar color to my center stone. Aurelia did find an amazingly uniform channel set band from NSC, but I bet it cost a pretty penny!

Hi Kimchi, The side stones are going to be 20 and 15 points...I think that might be too wide combined with the ering. Maybe 8 or 10 pointers in a bezel eternity ring?

I''m really loving this bezel look, for some reason it doesn''t look like the traditional full bezel ring, but it *appears* to have a bar connection to it.... gorgeous...

I think it would lovely as a full eternity sapphire band with your ering, especially since you have a sapphire center to tie in your wedding band kwim?
