I''m about to purchase a diamond in a SI2 clarity. This is what WF told me
''There is an inclusion visible from 3 inches but not 10, it is partially eye clean.''
what do you guys think? I don''t understand the term ''partially eye clean''
Should I skip this rock and wait for a better clarity?
Yes that is the inclusion. The others I cannot see at all. When I do find it now I see a very small whitish feather. It really is tiny. Nobody lse can find it. I would hate to see you count out the stone if you can mentally put the 3" behind you. Believe me my guess is yours will not noticeable. Remember the people who are telling you it can be seen at 3" look at diamonds all day. They are not regular people like us. I would take a look at it and see for yourself, you will probably be very surprised at how little it is if you can even find it.Date: 6/25/2008 7:04:52 PM

hi KT,
what exactly do you see on yours? a cloud? a small tiny dot?
Is this where the inclusion is (see my attached pic)?
thanks!
I spoke with WF today and right now I have 2 diamonds in mind.
Should I go with what they recommend? I just want to hear what you guys think of this.

hey guys, I really appriciate this. Now I can sleep and prbly put my order in tomorrow![]()
I honestly think you can trust WF 100% and I think this post proves it - they are suggesting the cheaper stone, that should be reason enough to believe them I thinkDate: 6/26/2008 10:01:31 PM

I spoke with WF today and right now I have 2 diamonds in mind.
Both are about the same carat size
E color, SI2 (the partial eye clean one)
F color, SI2 (this one a little more eye clean, and a few hundred $ cheaper)
WF told me that both are pretty clean (only trained eyes can spot the inclusion).
I ask them if they have to pick one (clarity as priority); they picked the F color one.
Should I go with what they recommend? I just want to hear what you guys think of this.
Thanks!
