A friend of mine made a recent trip to NY and went to their actual store and was very pleased with the service. Apparently they were very helpful and informative.

ID Jewelry has good prices and good service. They are very reputable and have a huge inventory. They are knowledgeable and well aware of Pricescope.

I would not hesitate to purchase from them. My daughter plans to use them for her wedding ring and perhaps to reset her diamond.

I''ve visited their NYC store a short while ago, and they were very friendly and knowledgable. I did not purchase anything from them, yet they treated me as if I was one of their long-term customers. I would definitely check them out again in the future.
