I cannot find my inclusions on the GIA cert. Please help!

Ask GOG, i can't see it either.

You need to as GOG for a utube video of the stone and you need to ask them where the inclusion is as a VVS1 they could be inside must be seen under 10x scope. You have to see it under a loupe .

Even though I might need a loupe or microscope to see the inclusion with my eyes, I should still be able to find it on the plot on the report shouldn't I?

The inclusion is so small it happens to lie on the black lines of the facet plot.

So, holding the diamond in your hands, move the diamond or your eye or the loupe slightly.
