I Cannot Believe I resisted This

My brother and his wife recently adopted a golden retriever puppy, abby. The breeder is relatively close to their home, so they have been visiting the little darling each weekend until she is old enough to bring home. I went up yesterday for an afternoon of puppy fun and thought i''d share some pictures. there were TWO litters born right around the same time, so there were 26 puppies for us to cuddle and play with. 26. i''m really impressed that i didn''t come home with one myself!!

but we already have a great dog and unfortunately just don''t have time to properly care for a puppy. but, the temptation was intense!!!

my SIL has been wanting a puppy for a while now and my brother is just great with dogs, though reluctant at first (concerned about their schedules, lifestyle, etc). Now he''s come around and they can''t wait to get her home. i guess they''ve been visiting her since she was about 3 weeks old. she''s 7 weeks now.

Ohh what a cute little baby!! We have plans for a puppy, but not till after we have our next big family holiday. It wouldn''t be fair on the puppy to go away and leave it while its still young.
