i am so mad!

ok so i finally picked outh the 2.02 carat colorless diamond to exchange with the 3 carat near colorless yuck yellow diamond and when i was at the store i paid for them to put a brand new prongs for the 2 carat and when i went to pick it up today i was sooooooo mad they used the same prong head from the 3 carat and just pushed it together it looks terrible with dents in it and sticking straight up in the air with no curve.... i hate it i told them and they said they would fix it.....UG!!! sorry i had to vent.

Oh, dear, I''m so sorry this happened... at least they are willing to fix it right? @_@ Or maybe another jeweler should?

i know ....its just that i really like that icy white color and i dont like near colorless at all.. i could see the color difference between the setting diamonds and the actual middle diamond...

o well ill get an upgrade to a 3 carat in ten years or so when i am 30 and it must be colorless that is what i love

Its ok Tac, I was just having a giggle - I remember your situation, how your friend commented on the colour of your diamond. As you know, H colour really should Not look yellow in the slightest, but hey we''ve all got our preferences! I hope you''re happy with your new diamond and its really white!

yes i am in love it is so icy white and sparkly but as soon as they fix the prongs i will post the pics thanks everyone for all your help....
