can someone please offer me some advice?

It looks like a nice stone, but I'm not princess expert and I thought an IS was pretty important when evaluating princess cuts. Max sparkle for a princess for for any diamond cut?

ETA: I ran across a couple of beauties on GOG's site. I looked there because they give SO much good detailed info on the stones. I'm sure the wonderful folks at JA can help with more info on their stones:

Are you absolutely sold on having a princess cut because if you want maximum sparkle factor really a round brilliant would be the way to go. Plus the diamond is going to face up smaller than a round. The table and depth %look good according to Dave Atlas''s chart but you don''t know the crown %...

I don't know anything about pricess cuts, they are a funny beast that you can't really judge from the numbers and they aren't very popular with PS regulars. I think part of this is because there are no grading standards for princesses like there are for RBs. The only thing I know for sure is that even hard-core sparkle lovin' PSers swear that the best princesses that actually rival RBs for sparkle are the ACA AGS0 princesses at Whiteflash. Good old gold also has great ones. For fancies like princesses, you really need someone trusted to be your eyes, so you may want to try calling GOG or WF to get someone to actually lay eyes on the stones you consider.

ETA that second stone that Jenn posted looks great! GOG will film a video of the stone under different lighting conditions so you can really see it before you buy it.
