This is the back of the dress and the people in kleinfeld were every nice. I do think it was only, because of the show. I hear they are every snotty there. My wedding is April 25, 2009. The count down begins.

The show does look like a big marketing campaign for Kleinfelds, so 50% is probably in the budget.

Did you pick the dress in advance or during the taping?
 
I had seen the dress before and printed the picture out with a few other dresses but that dress was the first one I tried and I fell in love and started too cry. of course thats when the cameras pretty much zoomed on my face. lol

They were a bit pushy because I told her I really wanted to think about it first and that I was going to have lunch then come back. the consultant knew what she was doing because she kept showing other dresses that looked nothing like the one i fell inlove with and pushed it on me. I then took a break and then went back and bought it!.

Golden-I know a few weeks ago they played some episodes (reruns) Maybe they are trying to build up the audience before starting the new season.
 
Well I gave them my e-mail, and my number so im just going to wait for the call. If I don''t hear anything by the end of the month im going to call them myself. I just hope the camera doesn''t add ten pounds

I do a lot of background work on tv shows and often they don''t know until last minute when the show will air, sometimes the dates they tell you aren''t even correct because of Holiday''s etc. So they just might not know yet.
 
Oh how exciting! I love that show! I was there trying on dresses a week before you and they were taping a couple different girls. I had found and bought my dress an hour before my appt there so I had to put on an act of my own since they charge you $50 if you don''t show up or cancel w/o rescheduling. It was the second time I had been there and the first time was a much better experience. I had a different consultant each time but it is fun to go there!

Congrats on finding your dress! Definitely post when you will be on!

Also, we are date twins as well! I think another PSer said she was getting married on our date as well. I am in NY as well, but not the city :)
