Can this stone be qualified as Excellent cut and finish with a GIA certificate??

the face up plotted diagram has one inclusion indicated as a red straight line joint with a red dotted non straight line to its left. this sign reaches the border of the girdle in the diagram. face down diagram the incusion is indicated as a red dotted circle. it does not reach the girdle in the diagram. i try to imagin how the reflection works but can not tell why the signs are different for the same inclusion. Is it a feather? i do not know how to see whether it is at the stress point of the stone or not. the lady at the shop said the incision is IN the stone although not very convincing. I am still wondering........

Any help pls?

According to the cut adviser here, this stone scores a 3.6, with scores of 2 and under being preferable (I calculated the depth to be 63.4% from the dimensions your provided). It should be noted that percentages are less accurate when using the HCA than angles.

i have been reading other posts. here comes more questions: is it too deep? and is the girdle too thick?
