I admit that I suck at choosing a stone on my own. I simply don’t have the ‘eye’ for helping to weed out stones online. So I’m turning to you fine folks to help me out.

Deja had found me a couple of gorgeous AGS000 stones on Ritani, but they sold before I could get my funds together. :cry2:

My preferred specs:

Round Brilliant
1.17+ ctw
G+ color
VS2+ clarity (eye clean, of course)
Budget $1750

How big do you want the diamond to be?
...because your budget, after 3-4% off coupon code, can get you north of 2 carats.

I will check both Adiamor and Frank Darling, especially for any GIA and GCAL 8X graded diamonds.

Couple more to take a closer look at...may want to see if they're also listed at Ritani to compare pricing, although I'd recommend you target bigger spread for your budget. :)

As long as you don't see any growth graining, then snag it.
 
I'm hoping to bite the bullet and order tomorrow (or Tuesday, at the latest).

If it came down to it, would you order an AGS000 or one of the IGI that ya'll recommended above?

If there was a big premium on the AGS0, then I'd pick one of the IGI. Otherwise, I'd go for the AGS0.
 
The IGIs are 1.7ct, and are $1400-$1745.

The AGS0s are 1.3-1.4ct, and are $1200-$1600.
