He lost 160 pounds, but now has loose skin.

He has worked very hard to loose the weight, and I can see a nice six-pack and a well-defined V underneath.

Surgery can help, if he decides to go down that path.

No, I don't believe skin that loose will ever "tighten up" even though he is young.

Not enough, once it's that stretched out it'll never go completely back. The only way is surgery.
