Hi, Werner

Good holder for rough diamonds.

Hello Sergey,
greetings from Mr.Suokko (Finland).
I guided him yesterday in Antwerp , it was late.... :-)
He liked the belgian beer very much.

He has bought a D-scope tri-optics zeiss and is now the only one in Finland

Werner,

Go out of your way, work harder than the next guy and go farther than required or expected to meet your customers’ needs. It’s a US slang term called ‘going the extra mile’. There’s lots of competition in every business from people who are willing to meet the minimum but there’s never seems to be a crowd when you get into the extra mile.
I’ve never bought one of your scopes but I do like LED lights and assuming the intensity is sufficient it seems like a good way to go. I like your UV feature. I very much like trinocular optics and would recommend it if your supplier has this option available. Photography and digital imaging are important and becoming more so every day. External light pipes are a nice feature that I notice you don’t feature.

You''re expensive. I''m ok with that but that means you''ve also got to be the best. Go the extra mile.

I heard Carl Ziess is getting into OCT imaging. How cool would it be to get an image of a diamond with an OCT!! Sarin, helium etcetera would all become dinosaurs. I just hope the industry goes in this direction. With his expertise in optics and the cost of OCT systems coming down, this is a real possibility in the next 5 years.

Your microscope is the one I see people using in large manufacturing companies Duvel. The other leading brands often have a plastic cover over them sitting idle.

Your polished stone vacuum holder is fantastic - and as Sergey suggests - some system for rough would be great.

I know it is impossible - but if there was a way to see a smaller magnified image at the same time as the larger one - so that you can know the "overall" direction and orientation - that you are focusing in when at higher powers. that would be great.

I love Belgian beer - it is the only beer we drink now - we can get many types here in melbourne now in bottle shops - and there is one pub with Hoogarten Whit and Leffee Blonde and Bruan (also stella - but it is boring).

Say Hi to Iiro for us - he was a very frequent visitor here - but since he got his Helium Scanner he has been too busy playing with it.

thank you a lot,

if there are any more suggestions , please throw them on this topic.
Only thanks to your ideas we will stay the best !!!

What do you wish for ?
