HRD diamond grading

Does anyone have any feedback or knowledge of how much reliance can be placed on a rock with an HRD grading certifcate?

Here in Asia, HRD certified diamonds are equally traded to GIA certified stones. I don't consider them as inferior, but the color grading I usually find are one shade lower then GIA... Therefore, when buying these diamonds, I usually expect higher discounts even though specifications are the same.
