HRD is a diamond grading laboratory located in Belgium, Antwerp... They also have a location in Canada... Very reputable and comparable to the GIA and AGS in terms of consistency and accuracy. Is the lab report authentic? Is that what you are asking? Call the HRD in Canada to verify that the HRD issued the diamond grading report, they should be able to verify the characteristics that you provide them with...
