How would you rate the cut on this cushion?

How would you rate the cut on this cushion diamond? Also what do you think about the dimensions? Should I be worried about the inclusions effecting light performance?

We can't tell anything about a diamond (other than a round) from a grading report. Only shop for cushions where magnified images are offered at a minimum. Good Old Gold, James Allen, and Brilliantly Engaged are three who do. GOG and BE generally carry the nicest ones.

I googled the GIA# and cannot find a photo of the stone. It does show up on ED with a cut score of 70.6 (not good). It shows up under another PS vendor (b2c), that you might be able to ask for photos of the stone. Make sure to ask about the clouds.

What site is ED? I searched on the vendors on here and these come up with and excellent cut and very good cut? Why is that?

It is frustratingly difficult to determine cut quality on most cushion cut diamonds. The only way to really know how nice it is, is to see it in person. Video's, pictures, Idealscopes, and ASET's will help. Another thing to do is to search for Signature ideal cut diamonds, unless you are able to see a bunch of other candidates in person. That said, look for AGS triple 0 diamonds or GIA Excellent symmetry, polish, etc.
