How would this look?

What are your thoughts on how this band would look with diamonds and orange sapphires? It is a Scott Kay band that matches my e-ring. Could a jewelry store take the ring and swap out some of the diamonds for orange sapphires? Just wondering how it all works.

How would I go about having orange sapphires put in the wedding band? A place down the street from me is having a huge sale tomorrow, 50% off, I''m hoping they still have my band in stock and I can get it for super cheap.
