How would GIA grade this stone?

Here is an image of an EGL SI1, eye clean according to the vendor. Would GIA grade this as an I1? Even though the inclusions are white and small will I see them, if the vendor claims the stone is eye clean?

No expert here but I would guess that would be a GIA I1. You would probably see them, they might not bother you though. I've seen some nice I1 diamonds before.

It is very difficult to grade with a picture, especially with only one picture. But I guess GA would grade as SI2.
