How true are super zoom videos on diamonds

This is more of a curiosity as i was just perusing stones on the web and was wondering if you see the inclusions on these super zoom videos how likely can a trained eye actually see them in person.

For example this VS1 diamond there are 3 inclusions that seem very noticeable right in the middle, what is the likelihood its not eye clean.

I have been using the James Allen platform recently, and was taught this trick.

Take a screenshot and zoom the image out, until it reaches the actual dimension.

Take a look and see if the inclusions are still apparent from this zoomed out view.

It's a VS1 (so graded eyeclean) and I can barely notice the inclusions at high magnification. You'd need some serious scary eyesight to see them at true size!
