how to verify ring size??

so ive proposed to my gf and we are now engaged!! she absolutely loves the ring. shes had it for a few days now and noticed that the 5.25 size ring isnt as snug as the other 5.25 rings shes tried on. i got her a memoire purity collection engagement ring. shes tried on other memoire rings in size 5.25 and she recalls them being more snug fit. im going to contact the vendor i got it from i cant go in person since its far away. is there a tool i can use to get it checked out locally? would another jeweler be able to verify the ring size?

Another Jeweler would have no problem with verifying the ring size at all and in fact I have had that done in the past as well.
It does seem that there is some variability in sizes though there shouldn''t be but I would not be concerned as I am sure Memoire will do what they need to to make it right.

Also, ring size can vary throughout the day. I notice sometimes my ring can fit slightly loose and sometimes a bit more snugly. I think ring size fluctuates during the day and also during your monthly cycle.
