How to use the AGA?

It asks for length (mm) x width (mm) x depth (mm)

My GIA cert has measurements 8.54-8.59 x 5.33 mm
The first two is length or width (doesnt matter since it is RB) and the last is depth

Should I use 8.54 or 8.59 and do I use it for both length and width?

Length is always the longer of the two measurements. Width is always the shorter of the two measurements.
In round shapes one generally would substitute Length with Max Diameter and Width with Min DIameter. That's how it is done....
