Is there a way to tell whether the diamond is real without going to the jewellery store? I''ve just bought a diamond ring from Amazon but I''m abit worried since the ring was cheap. I''ve looked at it under the H&A viewer and I could see arrows so, does this mean the diamond is real?

Here''s a link to Amazon ring:

Hi,
Arrows don''t necessarily mean a stone is real. I have some CZ earrings I use to wear that have arrows in them.

I would worry more about buying from one of the Amazon marketplace sellers, but not Amazon. It does sound like a good deal as I imagine a setting would cost nearly that much! But they do say the diamonds are I I1 and fair cut, so that is how the price is so low. But you can certainly take it to a jeweler and ask to be sure.

I would take it to a jeweler just for peace of mind, but Amazon seems to be getting rid of all of their diamond rings from their collection so they are going for VERY cheap! Its probably a color and clarity grade lower than what they say it is... but likely real.
