How to tell if a diamond is eye clean on James Allen?

I can see the inclusions on the blown up image by itself, and even more detail with the loupe. How do I check if it's eye clean though? Also, what is the yellowish mark at the 11 0'Clock position? It's not marked on the GIA cert specifically.

Just ask them. I would say it might be eye clean.
As for the 11 o´clock mark - really according to the GIA report it isn´t an inclusion.
 
If the yellow mark is not an inclusion, how can it still get a "D" color? Or maybe that's just the lighting?
 
Cut of the stone is bad, you can even see leakage in the loupe image. I would not even bother with it even if it is eye-clean.
