Kimi, I noticed the drawer one too--my mother slept in a dresser drawer for the first month of her life. My grandparents were stationed at an army base when she was born and apparently they just put babies in drawers for lack of ''real'' baby furniture then! My mom doesn''t have a crib at her house for her new grandchild yet...I hope she''s not going to stick her in a drawer, LOL!

Didn''t Celine Dion tell the same story since she was from a large family--and those were her accomodations as well???

I don''t know, Sharon, I''ve never been a big Celine Dion fan. It wouldn''t suprise me though, I think it was pretty common. Oh, and my grandpa was French Canadian, so perhaps that has something to do with it?
