How to request ASET images from James Allen?

This may be a silly question -- how do I request ASETs from James Allen? I have three stones that I'm considering.

Yeah, just call them and tell them which three and they will put the stones on hold for you while you wait for the images. Be sure that these are three that you are really interested in though, because they will only do three for free. They will have their gemologist evaluate the stones for you as well, so you may want to make a list of questions that you'd like them to answer, ie are they eye clean, are there any durability issues, etc. The process takes about three business days and then you will have an additional 24 hours to make a decision before they return the stones to inventory.

Thank you so much, that is really informative. I wasn't sure if there was a way to request the ASETs or put the diamonds on hold through their website. I will definitely give them a call.

Some of the vendors sites you can put the stone on hold online, but since JA has associates available 24 hrs a day I think that you have to call them. You can send an email of do a live chat as well. Good Luck!

You can request everything for free online. There is someone 24/7 as Christina mentioned. BTW, I hope they're all fancies cuz they'll only give ASETs for fancies... I tried many, many requests for an ASET of a round without luck

We're in the market for a cushion, so there's no problem on that end. The boyfriend and I love AVCs, but I'm trying to find a more affordable vintage-looking stone through JA -- not an easy task. We might just have to buy the bullet and buy from GoG!
