I received and also read Rapaport TreadeWire 9/25/2009.
There is INDIA MARKET REPORT in the new.
Round
-1 point: Good demand: +$100 whites.
Fair demand: $200-300$ OWTTLB/TTLC

20 points: Fair demand: +$600 whites.

25 points: Fair demand: +$700 &$200-$400 whites

33 points: Fair demand: +$900 & $250-$400 whites

50 points: Good demand: +$2000 whites
Fair demand: $300-$800 whites
I can''t understand what is the meaning of +$100 whites, $200-300$ OWTTLB/TTLC.
I do know Good demand, Fair demand but not the price like +$2000 whites.
I think that Good demand: +$2000, which most buyers want to pay for 50 points per carat, is the per-carat price. According to what I think right above, one question is coming up. How come the Fair demand of 50 points is $300-$800 whites?
Most dealers like to buy 50 points lower than +$ 2000 whites so $300-$800 whites do belong to Good demand not Fair demand.
I know something I misunderstand there.
Let me know how to read and understand INDIA MARKET REPORT.

He is reporting the current demand for diamonds of certain price per carats.

For example, demand is good for whites that are in the $2000+ per carat category, while the demand is only fair for whites in the $300 to $800 per carat category.

+$100 Whites= (demand is good for) whites which sell in the $100+ per carat category
$200-$300 OWTTLB/TTLC= (demand is fair for) off white top, top light browns and top, top light capes that sell in the $200 to $300 price per carat category

That''s pretty impressive translating Rich!!
